Where: Moran State Park on Orcas Island. Meet at the Cascade Lake picnic shelter.
When: Sunday, September 5th, 2010
7:45-8:30 register (add $10 for registering the day of)
8:30am pre-race meeting (racers must attend)
9:00am Race start
Cost: Pre-registration: $45 for triathletes; $35 individuals (1 or 2 events or team member); $30 under 18. After 9/2/10 add $10 to registration.
Please pre-register! Pre-registration helps race day go more smoothly for our volunteers and it saves you money and time on race day!

.4 mile swim in beautiful Cascade Lake
17 mile bike ride on a scenic country road
3.5 mile trail run around the lake
